# Error Message in Custom Cuts

I started custom cuts. Loads nicely, then hit load file and this is the error I get:  
Failed to load media file, error: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC00D11B1): Exception from HRESULT: 0XC00D11B1.  
I’m running a video from PLEX (.ts) format. Windows 11 Pro, 32GB of memory.  
How do solve this?

This would indicate an issue with the windows media codec filters. Custom cuts uses the window media codecs to render the video. If it isn’t loading then the codec is either missing or unable to load the video. Try installing FFDShow codecs and see if that helps otherwise you may have a conflicting codec that may need to be uninstalled.
