Any plans to process .webm files?

.webm files seem to becoming more popular. Does MCEBuddy handle them?
It seems to ignore mine and is not in the default extensions when I create a new monitor location.
I only found one other question here and the answer was “Try it and see.”
Thanks,
Gary

Yes it works but it’s not compatible with a lot of programs today so it’ll be remuxed to a standard format for standard processing. You can play with expert setting options like Skip remuxing etc and optimize it further if you’d like, but in general, yes it’ll handle them.

Thanks Goose,
I initially just want to get the EDL file so I can fine tune the commercial removal.

Unfortunately comskip stopped working last night (…is not a valid Win32 application).
I’ll “play” with that a bit more and might post a new question.
