I’m having an issue when I convert HEVC MP4 files to MKV using the below MKV Unprocessed profile. I have had this issue for years. When MCEbuddy converts a file from mkv to mp4 there is a 3 or 4 second video delay the audio plays but the video is just frozen for the first 3 or 4 seconds. Never have gotten a resolution for this problem.

Try checking the Skip remuxing option in the Conversion task → Advanced options
