**NEW FEATURES:**
- Display the metadata for any file directly from Windows Explorer by right clicking on the file and selecting _Show media info with MCEBuddy_ or by selecting multiple media files, right click and select _Send To → Get media info with MCEBuddy_
- The Monitor locations and Conversion tasks split pane is now height adjustable
**BUG FIXES:**
- Improve detection of scan type
- Fix failure to detect video corruption while cutting commercials leading to converted file with partial commercials cut out. Now try to fix corruption and retry cutting or fail conversion
- Fix issue with WTV h.264 encoding where some converted videos do not play back in WMC/WMP
- Fix for invalid directory name created in some cases when metadata ends with a space
- Fix for UI crash when GPU selection is enabled and hardware is changed without updating the GPU selection
**ENHANCEMENTS:**
- Allow for matching filters against empty strings using _regex:_ patterns
- When duplicating or renaming a task, use the name of the original task name as the starting point
- When moving tasks don’t lose focus on the selected task
- Requires Windows 10 and above (ffmpeg7 and handbrake requirements)
- Updated to ffmpeg7, remuxing upto 3x faster
- Updated LAVFilter to 0.79.2 for improved H/W decoding support and more codecs
- Updated Comskip to 0.83.001 and ffmpeg7 with optimized build for MCEBuddy with hardware decoding
- Improve layout to reduce dead space and enhance usability
- Added option to get list and status of conversions in queue from the CLI _MCEBuddy.UserCLI --command=query --action=queue_
