MCEBuddy has no control over HD Homerun devices. What you can do is set the conversion tasks to only start on shows 5 minutes after they’ve stopped recording.
You could also exclude any shows titled “Live TV” since that’s the folder where the SiliconDust DVR will record them. Personally, I’ve never had any issue with MCEBuddy trying to convert any live recordings.
