Request Type:
BUG / NEW FEATURE

MCEBuddy Version and Type (32bit or 64bit):
Using MCEBuddy Version 2.4.8 64 bit

Operating System and Type (32bit or 64bit):
Win 10 64 bit

Summary of the problem or suggestion:
I have to stop then start MCE Buddy to get it to start conversion of the file(s) in the “watched” folder.
I think the issue may have something to do with network privileges?
My watched folder is on a network computer that does not require a password to log into, the folder is shared with full privileges to “everyone”. I use the computers “user name” with no password to get MCEbuddy to log in.
MCE Buddy used to work “sometimes” but lately I have to intervene 100% of the time by stopping & starting it using the MCEBuddy GUI application.

Steps to replicate the bug:
Bug now appears to happen 100% of the time.
Network is made up of windows & NAS machines and is wired

It an issue with your Windows setup, it’s disconnecting your NAS

ERROR> 2018-04-02T09:25:20 MCEBuddy.Engine.QueueManager → Unable to search for files in location \DVR-PC\Kit_C\Users\Public\Recorded TV for monitor task DVRpcMonitor
ERROR : The network path was not found.

That’s a windows error when MCEBuddy tries to access the NAS.

When you stop/start MCEBuddy forces a reconnection but then for some reason your windows machine disconnects it.
