Cannot get Hardware Acceleration to work (nvidia)

I keep getting this error in my logs:
2017-11-22T16:15:46 MCEBuddy.Transcode.ConvertWithFfmpeg → Cannot find supported h264/h265 software/hardware encoder combination in profile, disabling auto hardware encoder adjustments

Just updated to the latest BETA version (11/20)

Please dont’ copy paste logs, attach the conversion log so we can get the full picture. Likely your profile has an issue.

Apologies, you can see the log here:
Curious George S07E03 Hundley Jr.; Curious George Gets Winded.ts-Convert to MP4-2017-11-22T16-09-19.8295068-08-00.log (575.7 KB)

The message says that MCEBuddy can’t find a supported format in the configured profile to use a hardware encoder.
That’s correct, you’re using the Profile -> MP4 Unprocessed

It doesn’t encode anything, it copies the original video to preserve quality and format (as mentioned in the profile description). Hence the message.

If you’re using a profile like MP4 Normal or MP4 High Quality you should see the nvenc encoder kick in.
